We collect only what we need to run your digital wardrobe and style your outfits. We do not sell your data and we show no ads.

Who we are

Fitcast is operated by Abeer Yasir (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates). Contact us about your data at support@fitcast.ae.

Data we collect

We do not collect your location or contacts. We ask for camera or photo library access only when you add an item.

How we use AI

We use Claude by Anthropic for three features:

• Item recognition: when you add a photo, we send the photo to Claude to suggest its section and colour. You can change the suggestion before saving.
• Style me a look: we send a text description of your items (section, colour, brand) to suggest an outfit.
• AI stylist: we send your messages to the stylist together with a text description of your wardrobe. We do not store this conversation on our servers; it is cleared when you close the app.

We do not send your name or email to Anthropic. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, this data is not used to train its models.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that run the app on our behalf:

• Supabase: account, database and photo hosting.
• Anthropic: item recognition, outfit styling and the AI stylist.
• Google Firebase: app performance and crash monitoring.

We may disclose data when required by law. We never sell your data.

Who can see your data

Your wardrobe and history are private, protected by access rules that stop other users from seeing them. In chat, the other person sees only your display name and the messages and photos you send them. Other users can search for your display name to start a conversation.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete any item by long-pressing it in your wardrobe, and delete your whole account from My Account in the app. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing. Email support@fitcast.ae and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encrypted connections and row-level access rules in our database, and keep service keys on the server, never inside the app.

Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.

Terms of Use

By using Fitcast you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

Photos and messages you add remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process them only as needed to run the app.

Community chat rules

Chat is a space to share fashion ideas and advice respectfully. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech.
• Sexual, violent or obscene content.
• Sharing anyone's personal data without their consent.
• Spam, scam links or unauthorised selling.
• Impersonating another person.
• Any unlawful content.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Reporting and blocking

You can block any user so they can no longer message you, and report any abusive message from inside the conversation. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and suspend repeat offenders.

AI suggestions

Suggested outfits, AI stylist replies and item recognition are for inspiration and convenience only. They can be wrong and may not suit every occasion or taste.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend any account that violates these terms.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for content posted by other users. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
